At LiveLux Scents, all products are carefully hand-prepared and packaged to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of fragrance decants, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy.

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed.

Because our products are fragrance decants and personal-use items, we cannot restock or resell any returned items for hygiene and safety reasons.
π Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.
