Delivery Estimates

Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. Live Lux is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Delivered Packages

Once tracking shows a package as delivered, Live Lux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location whenever possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
